How Fantasy Cricket Works
Select 11 players from both teams playing a real match within a given budget. Each player is assigned a value based on their form and ability. Your team earns points based on runs scored, wickets taken, catches, stumpings, and other achievements by your selected players in the actual match. Higher your team's score, better your rank and winnings!
Fantasy Cricket Rules
- Team Selection: Pick 11 players from a match (max 7 from one team)
- Player Roles: Minimum 1 wicketkeeper, 3-5 batsmen, 1-3 all-rounders, 3-5 bowlers
- Budget: Stay within 100 credits budget when selecting players
- Captain & Vice-Captain: Captain gets 2x points, Vice-Captain gets 1.5x points
- Multiple Teams: Create up to 11 different teams for same match
- Team Changes: Edit team until match starts; no changes after
Scoring System
Points are awarded based on player performance:
- Batting: Runs (1 point per run), Boundaries (1 extra), Sixes (2 extra), Half-century/Century bonus
- Bowling: Wickets (25 points each), Maiden overs (12 points), 4/5 wicket haul bonus
- Fielding: Catches (8 points), Stumpings (12 points), Run-outs (6 points)
- Strike Rate & Economy: Bonus points for excellent batting SR and bowling economy
- Playing 11: 4 points just for being in the starting XI
